By opening up diversified mediation channels and using people's mediation, we will resolve intellectual property disputes independently, impartially, efficiently and economically, and create a good environment for respecting intellectual property rights and encouraging technological innovation. Docking the Beijing Intellectual Property Court, the Beijing Internet Court, the Haidian District People's Court, etc. to carry out people's mediation work, more than 3,000 intellectual property litigation cases have been mediated, providing support for Beijing to build a highland for judicial protection of intellectual property rights.
