Recently, the "IP Plus" International Intellectual Property Professional Exchange Series "Reform Webinar on Intellectual Property Issues Chinese Companies Need to Understand before Investing in Switzerland" was successfully held online. The seminar was hosted by the Capital Intellectual Property Service Association and the Beijing (Zhongguancun) International Intellectual Property Service Hall, and organised by Beijing Fanhua Weiye Intellectual Property Agency Limited and Swiss law firm Hepp Wenger Ryffel.

 The seminar not only attracted the attention of our members, domestic IP service organisations and Chinese enterprises planning to invest in Switzerland, but also attracted the participation of international patent agencies.

The seminar consisted of two parts. Firstly, Mr. Yang Wenquan from Beijing Fanhua Weiye Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd. explained the preparation of intellectual property rights for Chinese enterprises before investing in Switzerland with his many years of experience in intellectual property rights and international investment; and secondly, Mr. Susanna Ruder from Hepp Wenger Ryffel, Switzerland, explained how to utilise intellectual property rights to seize business opportunities in the European Union and Switzerland.
