On 10th December, the Canadian IP Webinar of the "IP Plus" International IP Professional Exchange Series was successfully held online. The event was hosted by the Capital Intellectual Property Service Association and Beijing (Zhongguancun) International Intellectual Property Service Hall, and undertaken by Beijing Wanjing Law Firm. The webinar was attended by members, IP service organisations, enterprises in Zhongguancun Park, research institutes and members of the public.

This IP webinar features Ashley Burk, Managing Counsel at Burk Law PC, who provides insights into navigating Canadian trade mark oppositions: strategies and best practices, based on her own experience. In addition, current hot topics were discussed with the participants. During the Q&A session, the speakers provided patient and detailed answers to the questions raised by the participants. The participants highly appreciated this event and hoped that there would be more related activities for enterprises to better understand the markets of different countries.
