On 13th June, the webinar on German IPR of "IP Plus" International IPR Professional Exchange Series was successfully held online. The event was hosted by the Capital Intellectual Property Service Association and the Beijing (Zhongguancun) International Intellectual Property Service Hall, and organised by Beijing I.H. Intellectual Property Agency Ltd. and Berlin Patent Law Firm. People from member institutions, IP service organisations, enterprises in the Zhongguancun Park, research institutes and the public participated in the IP webinar via Tencent Conference.

 In this IPR webinar, Mr Falk Lehmann, partner of Berlin Patent Attorneys, and Ms Feng Yehan, partner of the China Representative Office, combined their own experiences and gave an in-depth explanation of effective strategies for IPR protection at trade fairs in Germany. In addition, they also discussed with the participants the current hot topics, especially related to how to deal with the infringement of exhibits during the exhibition. During the Q&A period, the speakers gave patient and detailed answers to the questions raised by the participants. The participants spoke highly of this activity and hoped that there would be more related activities for enterprises to better understand the markets of different countries.
