On 28th March, the "IP Plus" International Intellectual Property Professional Exchange Series of Intellectual Property Webinar for Five Southeast Asian Countries was successfully held in online format. The event was hosted by the Capital Intellectual Property Service Association and Beijing (Zhongguancun) International Intellectual Property Service Hall, and co-organised by DCC (Malaysia), Marcopoulos (Philippines), Marguerite Law Firm (Singapore), Thailand Intellectual Property Consulting Firm (Thailand) and AFFA (Indonesia). People from member organisations, IP service providers, enterprises in the Zhongguancun Park, research institutes and the public participated in the IP webinar via Tencent Conference.

In this IP webinar, representatives of the invited IP service organizations provided in-depth explanations of trademark application strategies with selected cases from their respective countries. In addition, they also discussed with the participants current hot topics, especially the recent trend of examination by trademark agencies in various countries, trademark dispute procedures and other topics. During the Q&A period, the speakers provided patient and detailed answers to the questions raised by the participants. The participants highly appreciated this activity and hoped that there would be more related activities for enterprises to better understand the markets of different countries.
